I found the spa facilities excellent. The sauna and steam room were very clean. the on-site parking was convenient, though spaces felt a bit tight? the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the breakfast offered plenty of choice.
the air conditioning in my room was quite weak. the coolest setting still felt rather warm.

the staff was generally attentive and helpful, addressing my inquiries promptly. breakfast service was efficient, with staff maintaining a good flow. there was a slight delay during check-in, however it was quickly resolved.

Acceptable stay with several issues
tasty foodafternoon noise
the food I tried was tasty , and the staff were generally polite.
This meant I had to climb several flights of stairs, difficult due to mobility issues. Also , workmen were creating a lot of noise with hammering during the afternoon , , made relaxing in the room impossible.
